Foradori has been a family affair since the very beginning starting in 1939 when Vittorio Foradori bought the winery to 1960 when Roberto Foradori produced the first bottling of Foradori wine. Fourth generation winemaker Elisabetta Foradori along with her husband Rainer Zierock are credited with bringing back the Teroldego varietal while also tending Pinot Grigio vines. Today Elisabetta’s children manage most of the winemaking with oversight from their mom while Elisbetta focuses on cheese production.
