Our favorite Apéritif of the moment:
Directly in your glass of choice (I prefer something vintage that feels special!)
Pour 4 ounces of Partida Creus 'Muz' Vermouth
Add ice & stir until chilled
Top off with a couple more ice cubes then finish with Italian sparkling water (Pro Tip: if you use something like Lacroix grapefruit or an Italian citrus soda it tastes like Sangria!) Garnish with a twist of citrus, herbs from your garden, or nothing at all
The vermouth is best kept in the fridge and is even enjoyable simply on the rocks without sparkling water.
