Sans Soufre (Without Sulfur!)

The Sans Soufre subscription includes:

3 bottles of extremely low intervention wine made with grapes farmed without chemicals or any manufactured treatments and vinified without any additions including the use of SO2 (Sulfur).

"Sans Soufre" is a French term which translates to wine made "without sulfur." SO2 is an antioxidant and preservative that is both a byproduct of winemaking and an additive.

These wines are known to be lively and most certainly expressive of terroir.

Each set includes a pamphlet containing stories and technical information about each wine.
