Notes: Alberto Rigon inherited his first vineyard from his grandfather, which is where he grows all of the varietals that go into his Tainot. He now has 3 hectares of vineyards and mostly grows Vespaiola. He uses no pesticides and employs the use of organic fertizlizer such as pig manure every couple of years. Additionally, there are fruit trees and vegetable gardens between the rows originally planted by Albert's grandfather.
