Notes: This wine is produced by natural winemakers Gilles and Antonin Azzoni, a father and son duo, in Ardeche in Southeastern France. The winemaking is primarily done by by son Antonin (Tony) these days with wines sourced from nearby vineyards though the family maintains some of their own original vines, which Gilles uses to make wine under a different label. 

One third of this skin fermented wine macerates in entire bunches in stainless tanks for 10 days while the rest is direct pressed. These winemakers use minimal intervention in the winemaking process and rely on native yeast. This orange wine is all natural, unfined, unfiltered, and made with no addition of sulfites.
