Notes: This 100% Gamay wine is made from biodynamically grown grapes from 40 year old vines. Hand picked with a 10 day whole cluster maceration, before spontaneous fermentation in tanks with indigenous yeasts. Unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulphites.
