Notes: This sparkling white wine is made from a blend of Mauzac Blanc, Chardonnay, and Chenin Blanc grown in the Limoux region of Languedoc. The Limoux is located at the southern most part of France, where the high altitudes raise towards the Pyrenees. Made via the champagne method, this wine is a brut nature, the driest category for sparkling wine meaning the wine has had no dosage with sugar at all. The wine is blended with other vintages aged for 9 months in barrels before going into the bottle. Bottled unfiltered and unfined.
