Notes:

Decideret is the result of three old friends in Denmark with no original background in fermentation coming together to make interesting fruit pet-nats and natural ciders. They use a variety of fruits in addition to apples with natural yeasts and low intervention winemaking techniques to produce these lively, creative beverages that defy categorization. 

 

'Lees Is More' is a dry sparkling apple wine/cider made from a blend of cider varietals that underwent 12 months of fermentation before being blended with Bramley apples. The fruit wine spent 18 months on the lees before disgorgement in the summer of 2021.
