Piergraziano Sanna is fairly new in the winemaking world. His vineyard is located in Mamoiada very high up in the center of the island of Sardegna. Sanna grows primarily Cannonau, but also grows a bit of native white varietals. No intervention is used in the field. In the cellar the wine is spontaneously fermented in plastic tubs and then refined in old wooden containers.
