  • Other Information: Since 2001 Romaine des Grottes has been making some of the most inspired wines in Beaujolais. He approaches winemaking with frank gaiety enthusiasm, treating his family’s vineyards biodynamically and with great care. With a very low abv of 5.5%, this ‘Un Petit Coin De Paradis’ Pét-Nat is basically partially fermented grape juice (fermented through the ancestral method) made from 100% gamay grapes.  No added sulphites. A wonderful and light sparkling gamay!
