Notes: Herve Ravera is a nurse turned vigneron. In 2007 his passion for wine overtook his passion for medicine. He farms biodynamically and ploughs his fields with his horse named "Reggae Night". All wines are hand-harvested. Wines are fermented whole cluster in concrete and pressed by a 100+ year old press. There are never any additives in his wines.
