Notes: Gorka and Itxaso inherited land that has been owned by their family for generations. They opened their bodega in 1982 and have been making wine the "old way" ever since with minimal intervention and a lot of attention to the 2 primary types of soil in the region - calcareous clay and calcareous clay with high amounts of iron oxide.

Primarily Tempranillo with a sprinkling of native white varietals. This wine is lightly clarified, but with the use of pea flower. Wine undergoes carbonic maceration. 'Herrigoia'  is aged in concrete for 3 months. Organic and unfiltered.
