Notes: Julie Balagny's 8 hectares of farmland are located across Beaujolais' Fleurie and Moulin-a-Vent. And she works her land as naturally as possible. This 'En Remont' is made with 100% Gamay grapes hand-harvested from ninety year-old vines grown in the pink granite/quartz soils of three secluded hectares on a steep slope at relatively high elevation in Fleurie’s hills. 12-18 months élevage before bottling unfined, unfiltered, with no additional sulphites.
