- Other Information: The Xarel-lo grapes of this Perill Blanc come from 80 year old vines grown in the Garraf Mountains of Catalunya. In 2001, Manel Arinyó created Clos Lentiscus to continue his family's long line of winemaking. Produced on Arinyo's family's estate in the small town of Sant Pere de Ribes near Sitges, his wines are biodynamically created with no added sulphites. The phases of the moon dictate planting, pruning, harvesting and bottling. Bee hives help pollination. Sheep fertilize the soil and graze the property to naturally control weeds. Plowing occurs with Ringo, the horse.
