Notes: A 100% certified organic vermouth made naturally by two Italians in Spain. Trained as architects, Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerona moved from Barcelona to Massís de Bonastre and began organically farming abandoned vineyards filled with old vines of local varieties. A blend of multiple styles of red and white wine and a mix of botanicals from a Torino based herbalist the vermut comes in at a lower abv than typical with the elevated acidity lending extra lift to the perfumed spices on the aroma and refreshing cut on the palate. An extremely drinkable everyday style of fortified wine.

A recipe for you:

"Architect's Spritz"

Directly in your glass of choice (I prefer something vintage that feels special!)

Pour 4 ounces of Muz Vermouth

Add ice & stir until chilled

Top off with a couple more ice cubes then finish with Italian sparkling water

Garnish with a twist of citrus, herbs from your garden, or nothing at all

The vermouth is best kept in the fridge and is even enjoyable simply on the rocks without sparkling water.
